Ok...mystery solved!! Thanks to Bridget and Heidi, they informed me of a fun park that has a sponge material instead of wood chips! This place is AWESOME! It's like people do not know it exists! We have gone three times and practically had the park to ourselves.
Thanks ladies...we now have a new spot to play!!

Yippee! It is the best park ever. They have kids with physical and mental handicaps go there for summer camps which I suppose is why it is closed for those hours over the summer months.

Yeah! I am so glad you found it. Next time we go we will have go together. It looks like your kids are sure enjoying it. It's my kids favorite park too!
